Hello! I’m Nichole, an experienced educator with a mission for transforming lives through equity in education. With nearly 20 years of teaching and leadership experience across 9 countries, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse educational settings, ranging from a ‘Green’ boarding school in Wisconsin to refugee schools in Malaysia, Lebanon, and Jordan.
Throughout my career, I’ve gained a unique perspective on what makes education truly impactful. Now, I’m excited to collaborate with you to make a difference. Whether you’re seeking to develop innovative education programs, empower your teachers with effective training, or navigate complex education policies, I’m here to help.
With my expertise in education program development, teacher training, and policy advocacy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to the table. Together, we can create transformative learning experiences that equip learners to thrive in our ever-changing 21st century landscape.

While at the Wikimedia Foundation, I helped teacher’s stop saying no to Wikipedia and instead use it to teach powerful 21st century skills like information literacy.
Together with my team, community of volunteers, and partners I led the creation of a program that in just 2 years impacted more than 10,000 teachers in 30+ countries. How?
